Disclosure

Property damage insurance claims are handled on a contingent fee basis.  That means there is no fee if there is no recovery.  Fees are based on a percentage of any amount recovered.  In addition to the percentage fee, the client will be obligated to pay court costs and other expenses of handling the claim.
